CHATEAU ROUTON WINERY (2800 Omo Ranch Rd, 530-620-5818)
Chateau Routon has a fun filled time planned for you, where you can relax and enjoy our beautiful view from the Grand Deck. We will be serving delectable desserts throughout the day, including “strawberry delight”, “ decadent chocolate cake”, “wonderful truffles” and, of course, our “famous port sundaes” – made with Chateau Routon port. Saturday you can enjoy the delightful sounds of Rachel Cargill and, on Sunday, we are delighted to have LP Sessions join us, with their great voices and light jazz sounds. Enter our tasting room, where you will find beautiful jewelry, paintings and photographs –and special Festival prices on our award winning wines and ports.
COLIBRI RIDGE WINERY (6100 Gray Rock Rd, 530-620-7255)
Come enjoy the early summer weather and the beautiful views at Colibri Ridge Winery & Vineyard, while listening to the acoustic blues and classic rock of Jonny Mojo. We’ll be serving a savory Mustard Maple Port Tenderloin to accompany our award winning wines. Take advantage of the special discounts our wines and enjoy an extra special discount on our favorite summer time white, Viognier. While you are here, let your Colibri Ridge Safari Guides lead you on a search for the elusive Lost Wines. No longer on the regular tasting and sales list, they will be available for tasting and purchase this weekend in very limited quantities.

The Fair Play Wine Festival is an opportunity to enjoy our amazing vistas, listen to great music, try delicious food pairings and discover the complexities of dkcellars wines. Track 7 will provide Rockin Blues music for your listening pleasure. We are delighted to have the very popular Gold Vine Grill providing personally selected food items specifically paired with dkcellars wines.

You are invited to try an offering from our new Winetasters’ Menu expanded with tapas from the wood-fired Oven just for the Festival weekend. Our new lineup of our Certified Organically Grown estate wines will impress you (I guarantee it) with highlights on our 2008 Merlot, 2007 Syrah, 2007 Cab, 2007 Grenache, Reserve 2007 Zin and more. At Iverson, you will be enjoying “D’s” famous Chili and Fixin’s, along with our premium award winning wines. You won’t want to miss out on our wine specials we will be featuring during the Festival either like our popular Fifty-Fifty Blend of Zinfandel & Barbera. Along with our 4 White wines, 8 Red wines and a Tawny Port to chose from, we also have our new Pomegranate Champagne in addition to our Sparkling, Raspberry and Almond Champagnes.
MELLOWOOD VINEYARDS (2979 Mellowood Drive (off Omo Ranch, near Latcham, 530-306-9454)
At Mellowood, catch jungle fever with entertainment by African musicians and dancers on Saturday, Rachel Cargil on Sunday. You will be welcomed into a wild atmosphere for tasting and dining. While on Safari you will sample food by Chef Giovanni Guadio, of Bocconato fame, and Douglas McCaffery, award winning BBQ master of Pigs Can Fly. Vintner, Linda Neal, and friends will be on hand to create a fun time for all.

Come celebrate the Fair Play Festival 2012 at Mount Aukum Winery. Our winery sits on the peak of Mount Aukum at 2615 feet. The stunning dramatic views of the rolling Sierra Foothills make any visit here a unique and breathtaking experience. Chef Christian Masse from Allez will be preparing French gourmet hors d’oeuvres that are paired perfectly with our award winning wines. We will be offering festival discounts and winery tours. Get a taste of future wines Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Zinfandel and many more right out of the barrel. OAKSTONE WINERY (6440 Slug Gulch Rd, 877-OAKSTONE)
Oakstone will be pouring many new varietals, including a new Slug Gulch Red (Lot #26), Reserve Zinfandel, Malbec, Dolcetto, and Verdelho. Obscurity Cellars wines will also be poured, including two new 2011 Rosés (from Touriga and Charbono) and the red blend “O’Blivion’s Wake.” Our favorite Gourmet Snacks will complement all the wines.
PERRY CREEK WINERY (7400 Perry Creek Rd, 530-620-5175)
Zinman is waiting for you to join us at the winery for this fun filled weekend. Enjoy a Safari through Perry Creek’s more obscure varietals and vintages. Be the first to enjoy our latest releases – Zinman Reserve, Zinman Rose and Barbera 2010. Come be a part of the great food, music and wine experience that Perry Creek has become known for year after year. Share a taste of our limited 2009 and 2010 Reserve “Altitude” wines right out of the barrel. Also, don’t miss out on our best wine specials of the year!
SIERRA OAKS ESTATES (8171 Mt. Aukum Rd, 530-620-7079)
Sierra Oaks invites you to enjoy great food, terrific wines and fun entertainment with us. We are in a new location with a great expanded gift shop. Back by popular demand we will be serving Janet’s Carnitas accompanied by our special salsa bar. We will have a special Festival discount on a selected wine and other great discounted specials. Lorren Gonzales and friends will be featuring some great music so bring your dancing shoes.
SALUTI CELLARS (7505 Grizzly Flat Rd, 530-626-0800)
Come join us in our 160-acre private valley with vistas of ponds, vineyards and pine studded hilltops. Live music by Tamra Godey, tasty BBQ, and award winning wines await you. Relax under our large trellis, tour our wine cave, enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds, and, for those who enjoy bocce ball or horse shoes, that’s available as well. We promise that Saluti Cellars will become one of your favorite wineries after your very first visit! A little out of the way, but well worth the drive.
SINGLE LEAF WINERY & VINEYARDS (7480 Fair Play Rd, 530-620-3545)
Our ever popular build-your-own Fiesta Bar will again be featuring our famous tomatillo pulled-pork tacos to enhance your wine tasting experience. New wine releases for the weekend will include Barbera, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah. The BIG discount wine for the Festival is our ’05 Zin Reserve at half off by the case, while it lasts. Special discounts for all Fair Play attendees will also include tasting room items. Your favorite Rock ‘n Roll tunes will be played both days and occasionally be accompanied by air guitar performances with the winemaker.
TOOGOOD WINERY (7280 Fair Play Rd, 530.620.1910
When you visit the Toogood Estate Winery you will have an experience that
will stay with you the rest of your life. Our 5,000 square foot cave tasting room is located 50 feet underground. Inside the cave you can escape the heat and enjoy some of the best wines that the California foothills have to offer. We will be having a Hawaiian Luau BBQ Party by the cave waterfall with tiki torches lit and even a hula dancing competition!
